Where will I meet my driver at the airport?
Your driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals area of the airport, holding a sign with your name.
How long does the transfer from Rethymno take?
• To Chania Airport (CHQ): approx. 1 hour and 15 minutes
• To Heraklion Airport (HER): approx. 1 hour and 10 minutes
Travel time may vary depending on traffic or weather conditions.
What if my flight is delayed?
We monitor all incoming flights. If your flight is delayed, your pickup time will be adjusted accordingly — at no extra cost.
How do I pay for the transfer?
You can pay in cash or by card directly to the driver at the end of your trip.
(Between us — we do prefer cash. The card machine doesn’t smile as warmly.)
Are child seats available?
Yes! We provide both baby and booster seats free of charge.
Please let us know your child’s age and the type of seat you prefer when booking.
Do you accommodate passengers with mobility needs?
Absolutely. We are happy to assist passengers with mobility needs.
Just let us know in advance so we can make any necessary arrangements.

Yes, you can cancel or modify your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
When and how will I receive my booking confirmation?
As soon as your booking is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with all the necessary details.
